Shipping Policy

We take our customer's privacy and personal information seriously. If your order has been flagged as being potentially fraudulent, you will be sent an email from us with the steps required to confirm that this is an authorized charge, that you are in possession of the credit card, and that you are the cardholder prior to your order being processed. IMPORTANT: We must be contacted within 5 business days of your items being delivered of any problems. Please be sure to carefully inspect, and count your items immediately. If we are contacted after 5 business days we cannot send any replacements, or issue any refunds.

For USA Expedited Shipments (UPS Ground, 3 Business Day, 2 Business Day, Next Business Day, World Wide Express), orders must be placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time in order for us to try our best to process and ship the order the same day (not guaranteed). IMPORTANT: Even if placed prior to 2:00 PM CST EXPEDITED (international and US domestic) orders may take up to 2 Business Days to process and ship. If you are purchasing Sold Out items, your entire will be placed on back order until all items are in stock. We recommend placing a separate order for any Sold Out items to avoid any delays.

*Please note, that we are not able to deliver to APO or PO Boxes.

**Deliveries are made on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) only. No week-end delivery or processing. The cut off for same business day processing of expedited orders is 2:00 PM CST. ALL EXPRESS or EXPEDITED (International and US) orders may take up to 2 business days to process and ship, even if placed before 2:00 PM CST.

***Please note that you may not receive all your items in the same package. Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. All tracking information will be emailed once available. No additional shipping charges will apply. However, for customers outside of the US, customs/duties will be assessed on the value of the items in each shipment.

Once we receive your order, the payment has cleared and been received, we will process and ship your order order within about 2-3 business days (for in stock items only). Items will be shipped from our El Monte, CA. Please note that you may not receive all your items in the same package. Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. However, for customers outside of the US customs/duties will be assessed on the value of the items in each shipment.

Orders will be shipped via major carrier like USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be emailed once available. Please note, that we are not able to deliver to APO or PO Boxes. Orders must be shipped to a valid street address. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our carrier.

Prior to shipping, we may require additional verification in order to process your order. If this is needed, we will contact you via email.

Please note that all order are processed, shipped, and delivered on working business days only. There is no week-end, or holiday delivery or processing available.

If you purchase an item listed as "Sold Out" or "Out Of Stock" your entire order will be placed on back order until all are in stock, and available for shipping. We will contact you via email if this occurs. If possible, we recommend placing a separate order for any unavailable items to avoid any delays. If a package is REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, or "RETURNED TO SENDER" the customer will be responsible for all charges incurred by the carrier to return the items to our warehouse, including any customs, or duties. These costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note, that initial shipping charges (cost we paid to ship the items to you) are not reimbursable, and a 20% restocking fee will apply in addition to the return shipping costs, for any items that are REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, or "RETURNED TO SENDER".
