What is your return policy - Return for refund?

Return for refund: Can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns needs to be in resellable condition. To start the return please follow these instructions. Single items (qty 1) cannot be returned. These are considered samples.

1. Please email chaircoverfactory@gmail.com with your order number, tracking number and items that you're returning. Please ensure your tracking information is emailed, otherwise we cannot track the package and issue the refund.

2. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please send items via UPS or Fedex ONLY to the following address:

Open item returns – Items returned that are no longer in resellable condition will be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of the product. To test a product, please only open 1 item to test first before opening all quantities. Used items will not be accepted for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
